SHIPPING COSTS

To keep things simple, we offer flat rate shipping of $7.50 (Including GST) per order. 

Shipping rates differ across the country, depending on location, and whether the destination is rural or residential. As orders get bigger, they usually get heavier and bulkier and the cost of shipping increases.  

The flat rate charge by no means covers our shipping costs, however it does contribute towards the total sale and reduces the risk of us losing money on a sale.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Auckland without delay*. 

Shipping can take between 1-5 days depending on your location:

• Next day - National metro. 
• 2-3 business days - Rural and non-urban areas. 

We use New Zealand Couriers for all our deliveries as they cover all areas and have proved to be the most reliable. 

You will receive full tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. 

* Most of the time your order is packed the same day (or the following) and on its way.
